I take an integrative approach to help clients heal their gut and reduce inflammation, to support mental health. Many of these clients spend much of their time trying to figure out what is making them feel bad. While diet is paramount, sleep, stress management, and mindfulness play a significant role in wellness and longevity.
Through my own health journey, I found that standard treatment options not only exacerbated my symptoms but never solved them. I quickly realized the power of functional and integrative health and set out to make it more available to others.
I treat clients with gut and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

Becoming a registered dietitian has empowered me to seek healing for myself, to help others feel better.
