If you’re stuck in a cycle of control → loss of control → guilt → starting over, you’re not lacking willpower. You’re stuck in a pattern that hasn’t been addressed at the root.
As my client, you’ll learn how to:
-Plan easy, balanced meals and snacks to support your busy lifestyle
-Reduce binge eating and emotional eating without restriction
-Improve body composition (fat loss + muscle gain) in a way that feels sustainable
-Trust your body again instead of constantly monitoring or fighting it
This work goes far beyond just meal plans. We focus on why you eat, not just what you eat. Together, we’ll build skills around:
-Recognizing emotional vs physical hunger
-Navigating boredom eating and nighttime eating
-Eating out, holidays, and social situations without spiraling
-Body image healing and self-talk
You’ll have accountability, education, and a judgment-free space where nothing is “bad” and nothing needs to be hidden. Our sessions are supportive, honest, and human. No shame or guilt.

I am uniquely qualified to support you through your nutrition journey because I have been in your shoes. After overcoming my own personal struggles with fueling for athletic performance(including fat loss and muscle gain) and binge eating, I became a Registered Dietitian so I can help others. I have worked with athletes at all ages and levels including: NFL, NBA, MLB, MiLB, collegiate, and high school. Teams I have worked with include University of Louisville Football, the Miami Marlins, as well as human performance centers like IMG Academy and EXOS. I now work full time in private practice helping clients one-on-one with their own unique struggles.
