I want my clients to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible. My job is to offer accountability and education.
I have a practical approach. After each appointment, you will have a few specific goals that we will build upon as you move in the direction of your goals.
Lastly, I believe that we can have fun and enjoy the journey together. I'm a mom and I know how hectic our lives can be. That's why I feel strongly that the best plan should fit your life, instead of trying to make your life fit a plan.
