Background
I am and will be there with you, encouraging and supporting you through this journey. I work on intuitive eating, mind/body connection and helping to establish life long healthy habits. The process will seem natural and you will not be as frustrated as you have been in the past. I work with people who have disordered and picky eating patterns and behaviors. l am a weight inclusive and health at every size dietitian. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years and am very comfortable supporting you in this role.
When I am not working as a dietitian, you will find me hiking, biking or white-water rafting...always finding moments to soak up the sunshine. I have been told many times that connecting with me leaves people feeling more comfortable and emotionally lighter. I am here for you.
