Hi there! I’m Sam, a Registered Dietitian, marathon runner, and integrative wellness practitioner who helps active individuals, women, and anyone struggling with gut or hormone symptoms feel energized, balanced, and confident in their bodies again. Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated: bloating that won’t go away, unpredictable digestion, low energy, under-fueling, stress-induced flares, or feeling confused about what to eat. My role is to take the guesswork out of healing so you can finally understand what your body needs and why.

My role is to make healing feel clear and approachable by helping you understand your unique biology and what your body is trying to communicate.

My practice blends functional nutrition, lifestyle medicine, sports nutrition, and ED-informed care. Together, we uncover root causes, not just symptoms, and build sustainable habits that support gut function, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and long-term performance. Every plan is personalized, realistic, and free from restriction or rigidity.

My personal health journey is a big part of why I practice the way I do. In 2020, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis during a time of intense stress, and it completely reshaped how I understood wellness. Learning how to calm inflammation, repair my gut, and properly fuel for marathon training taught me how transformative nutrition and lifestyle can be when they’re supportive rather than punitive. This lived experience is why I lead with compassion, personalization, and science-informed care, because I know what it feels like to want answers, clarity, and relief.
