I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over a decade of experience in counseling. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals through diabetes self-management education classes, leading diabetes support groups, and providing hands-on glucose meter training to help patients feel confident in managing their condition.
As a trained Lifestyle Coach for the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program (Prevent T2), I’ve led multiple cohorts through sustainable lifestyle changes aimed at preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes. I also provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy for a range of conditions including diabetes, gestational diabetes, and prediabetes.
Whether I’m working one-on-one or leading group sessions, my goal is always the same: to empower clients with practical knowledge and compassionate support, so they can take charge of their health with confidence.
"My goal is to empower—not overwhelm. You know your body and your life best, and I’m here to help you feel more confident in making choices that work for you. I take a supportive, down-to-earth approach focused on building small, sustainable habits—not strict rules. I often remind clients: diabetes should be thought of as an inconvenience, not a disability. With the right tools and mindset, a full, joyful life is possible. I’m here to listen, provide guidance and support you."
