Rosanne Walsh , RD

Rosanne Walsh is board certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Holistic Health Coach living in Boston with her two teenage daughters. With over 15 years of experience in the nutrition field, her background includes private nutrition coaching, corporate wellness workshops as well as recipe development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Simmons University, along with a certification in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

She believes there is no “one size fits all” approach towards nutrition, and strives to tailor custom, personalized plans to meet each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Rosanne is well versed in evidence based nutrition research and has experience working with a variety of health concerns ranging from digestive disorders and diabetes to weight management and overall disease prevention. Growing up as a first generation Italian American, she learned first hand what the blue zones style of living entails and is committed to partnering with her clients to help them live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives through sound nutrition. By nourishing health from the inside out, she strives to be a catalyst for lasting well-being and vitality.
