Hi! I’m Naia Riley (she/they) — a trauma-informed dietitian with a passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies. I specialize in supporting folks with disordered eating, digestive issues, and trauma recovery — especially those who’ve felt unseen, unheard, or shamed in traditional care.
I believe healing is personal and can be flexible over time. That’s why I center connection in everything I do — not just to the body, but to emotions, identity, and self-trust. You’re not just a diagnosis or a symptom to me. You’re a whole person with a story, and all of you is welcome here.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve been a leader within a women’s healing group for nearly a decade — a community that uses self-growth practices and intuitive movement to heal the body, mind, and spirit. My background also includes helping launch The Luminous Healing Center, an intensive outpatient program for trauma recovery.
My Approach for Neurodivergent Clients
I am neurodivergent myself, and I work with many clients who are too.
If you deal with things like:
…I’m here to help in a way that feels calm, flexible, and not overwhelming. Together, we’ll go at your pace. I can help break things down into small, doable steps. We’ll focus on what works for you, not what’s “supposed” to work. You don’t have to push through or mask here — you can show up as you are.
If you’re exhausted from second-guessing every bite, overwhelmed by food rules, or disconnected from your body’s cues, you’re not alone, and you don't have to heal alone either. Clients often describe our work together as: scientifically-rooted, attuned, nonjudgmental, and even playful at times. I’m here to support you in becoming the expert of your own body — and to remind you that food and healing can feel joyful, spacious, and maybe even fun.
