At the center of my work is helping clients rebuild trust with their bodies and make choices around food and movement that reflect their own values. Sessions are collaborative and adaptable: some clients prefer goal setting, homework assignments, independent follow-through, while others benefit most from in-session support like meal planning, food exposures, and meal experientials. Together we can explore your experiences and beliefs that shape your relationship with food, movement, and body and gradually challenge these in ways that feel meaningful to you. I value working closely with my clients' support network including therapists, doctors, and family members as indicated.
I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating—including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, OSFED, compulsive exercise, and body dysmorphia. I also work with clients navigating mental health conditions and neurodivergence such as PTSD, autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and depression. Additional areas of focus include vegan and vegetarian diets, IBS, and gut health.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis, a Master of Science in Nutritional Science from Arizona State University, and I’m a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I have experience working at higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings.
Outside of sessions, I love sewing, crocheting, cooking, baking, salsa dancing, being outdoors, and playing soccer. I live in Santa Cruz, California with my husband and two cats, Kramer and Opie—who often make guest appearances during sessions.
I became a dietitian because of my own journey healing from disordered eating. I know firsthand how transformative it is to move from food fear and body hatred toward food freedom and body respect, and I feel deeply honored to support others on that path.
"Our relationship with food often mirrors how we move through life. I bring authenticity, warmth, and a big-picture approach to help clients explore those connections. By collaborating closely and centering your unique values and goals, we’ll create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable."
