Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and the founder of ADHD Nutritionist LLC. I specialize in helping adults with ADHD break free from the binge/restrict cycle and build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food—without dieting, shame, or overwhelm.
I became a dietitian in 2019 after completing my Master of Science in Human Nutrition and dietetic internship at Winthrop University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of South Carolina. I’m also the author of How to Eat Well for Adults with ADHD, a practical, non-diet guide coming out in 2025.
My own struggles with food are what led me to this work. For years, I found myself trapped in the ADHD binge/restrict cycle—barely eating during the day, then bingeing at night. Discovering intuitive eating in grad school changed everything. It helped me find ease and peace with food for the first time in my life. But I also had to figure out how to make the intuitive eating framework work with my ADHD brain—something I now help my clients do every day.
I started ADHD Nutritionist LLC in 2020 after noticing how underserved the ADHD community was in conversations about food, especially around binge eating and chaotic eating patterns. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate, and rooted in real life—not diet culture. I help my clients make lasting, meaningful changes through intuitive eating strategies that actually work for ADHD brains.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom to a 12-year-old rescue pup. I love spending time in nature, getting lost in a good podcast, or dancing around my kitchen to EDM.
