Driven by a lifelong passion for nutrition and fitness, I transitioned into a second career as a Registered Dietitian, earning my credentials in 2018. My career began in clinical nutrition, providing a strong foundation for the specialized work I do today.
I hold advanced training in weight management, metabolism, and holistic nutrition. Areas of expertise include bariatric surgery, GLP-1 and other weight loss medications, and plant-forward approaches such as vegan or vegetarian diets.
Before becoming a dietitian, I worked as a theme park manager, which gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by individuals with non-traditional schedules. I use that experience to help clients create sustainable, personalized nutrition strategies that align with their unique lifestyles. I also value the role of cultural foods in overall well-being and thoughtfully incorporate them into every plan.
