Rachel Vetter, RD

Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! I am an eating disorder dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating and exercise, as well as intuitive eating. I began my career working as a dietitian at an eating disorder treatment center working with adolescents and adults in all levels of care (residential, PHP, and IOP). I am passionate about understanding my client’s eating psychology and focus on Health at Every Size principles to help you gain insight into your relationship with food and body. My counseling style is direct but compassionate, with a splash of humor. I believe we are partners in this journey. I will always meet you where you are at in this judgement free space. When I’m not dietitian-ing, you’ll find me hiking, camping, eating sushi on the beach, or watching the newest scary movie!
