Background
I completed my Master's degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science because of my love for exercise physiology AND nutrition together. I love the outdoors and have worked as a glacier ice climbing guide for nearly a decade in Alaska. I have split my time seasonally between Alaska and Montana for many years. My spare time is spent running and skiing and knitting in the down-time.
