Rachel has an undergraduate degree in exercise science and a masters in dietetics and nutrition. She has worked in the clinical nutrition setting for 7 years. Her first 5 years were at Memorial Hospital West and now Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Rachel has worked with clients with varying chronic diseases including patients requiring nutrition support (enteral and parental nutrition), oncology, bariatric surgery, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, food allergies and heart conditions.
