When you work with me, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space focused on progress, not perfection. I help clients simplify nutrition, uncover what’s keeping them stuck, and build small, sustainable habits that last. Together, we’ll focus on whole foods, remove toxic ingredients, and make confident, informed choices around labels, cooking, and meal planning.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with six years of experience and a degree in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University. My approach blends nutrition science, mindset coaching, and habit formation to make healthy eating realistic and enjoyable.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking with my dog, Millie, or experimenting with new recipes. I’m currently baking homemade sourdough bread.

I became a dietitian after growing up with a garden and learning from my mom to eat simply, in moderation, and without fad diets. Her journey with multiple sclerosis inspired me to help others live healthier, more nourished lives through the power of real food.
