Hi, I’m Pam, a Virginia-based dietitian nutritionist with extensive expertise in Personalized Nutrition. I have a BS in Nutrition & Food Science and an MPH in Community Nutrition, both from The University of California Berkeley. I am a life-long gardener, love to cook, enjoy copper foil-stained glass production, dancing and other joyful movements, and am mom to two kitty boys and one newly rescued Bichon Friese mix older doggie.
My passion for nutrition drives my holistic approach to teaching & counseling. I will work closely with you to find the root cause of your specific issue(s) by bringing in all aspects of your health: body, mind & spirit.
