Background

Hi, I’m Noora, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you build a healthier relationship with food and achieve your nutrition goals in a way that feels both sustainable and enjoyable. I believe that food should nourish both the body and mind, and I take a balanced, realistic approach to wellness—no fad diets, just evidence-based guidance tailored to you.

My love for nutrition began when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in high school. Food—something that once brought joy—suddenly became my biggest challenge. Through my own journey, I’ve learned firsthand the power of nutrition in improving health and quality of life, and I’m committed to helping others find confidence and ease in their own food choices.

A little about my background: I’m originally from California, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University. I then moved to Boston to complete my Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I now work as a clinical dietitian. Over the past six years, I have specialized in medical nutrition therapy for patients in the Cardiac ICU, Gastrointestinal Surgery, and Oncology units. I also have expertise in alternative forms of nutrition such as Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) and Tube Feeding, as well as extensive experience working with Stem Cell and Heart Transplant populations, diabetes management, and heart disease. I hold both the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) certifications.

I’m now expanding my practice beyond the hospital setting to support individuals looking for personalized, practical nutrition guidance. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and support you need to make informed, confident choices about your nutrition—while still honoring your lifestyle and preferences.

What to expect when working with me: I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where we focus on progress, not perfection. I’ll help you set realistic goals, overcome barriers, and build lifelong habits that empower you to feel your best. Whether you're navigating food sensitivities, emotional eating, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Outside of work, you can find me exploring Boston’s food scene, hitting workout classes with friends, or skiing. I understand the challenges of balancing health with a busy life, and I’m passionate about helping my clients discover what works best for them.

I’d love to connect and support you on your nutrition journey—let’s get started!
