Background
Nicole Tekkora is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master’s in Nutrition Science from Hunter College. She specializes in Diabetes Management, Hormone balance (PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause), Nutrigenomics, Longevity, and Weight loss (extensive experience working with people on weight loss meds). Nicole is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their optimal health using glucose data, advanced lab, hormone, and genetic tests. She strives to help create clarity around nutrition where there is often confusion and works to heal people's relationship with food. Based in New York with her husband and two sons, Nicole is passionate about fitness. Her favorite workouts include anything HIIT based, strength training, biking, pilates, really anything that pushes her to her limit. She enjoys music, concerts, dancing, and traveling, having explored 20+ countries.
