Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian. He started his career as a clinical dietitian at Columbia University Medical Center before transitioning to private practice in 2020. As a nutrition expert, Nicholas has a special interest in Men's Health, LGBTQ+ Health, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. When working with Nicholas, you can expect to feel empowered to make informed choices when it comes to nutrition that will improve your health, while also building a positive relationship with food. Outside of work, Nicholas is an amateur triathlete, and you can find him recharging at the beach or indulging in a good fiction book.
