My name is Natalia Walczak and I am a Registered Dietitian licensed in Chicago, IL. I received my undergrad degree in nutrition from Saint Louis University. I went on to get my Master’s and dietetic internship at Rush University. I currently work at a long-term care facility where I have experience counseling for weight management, kidney disease, diabetes management, geriatric nutrition and nutrition support. I focus on evidence-based practices to help clients set achievable, patient-guided goals. As a woman who is all too familiar with diet culture that is often targeted at women, I am passionate about helping clients build a judgement-free, mindful relationship with food while also managing any clinical nutrition concerns for lasting well-being. Outside of my passion for nutrition, I enjoy making ceramics at my local pottery studio, working out, rock climbing, reading, and attempting to make a good loaf of sourdough bread (it’s a work in progress).
"I center my practice on helping set achievable, patient-guided goals. I prioritize a collaborative journey, emphasizing personalized milestones that align with individual aspirations. I advocate for intuitive eating, guiding individuals to develop a mindful relationship with food. My goal is to support and guide clients towards empowerment and lasting well-being."
