If you’re looking to explore the latest TikTok diet fad to see how fast you can lose weight, I am not the right dietitian for you. If you are Door Dashing and eating out most meals and want to improve your nutrition intake either with your choices or to start cooking, I am the right dietitian for you. If you are a novice or seasoned home chef and want to nourish your body more with variety and nutrient dense foods, I can help. Are you a parent looking to support and improve your family’s nutrition intake while trying to balance busy schedules? I can relate and help. Would you like to improve what is in your kids’ lunch boxes to ensure they’re eating to optimize their brain health and after school athletics? Let’s work together.
I believe nutrition is deeply personal and constantly evolving. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution — my role is to help people discover what works best for them. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals, from teen athletes to postmenopausal women and aging adults. I meet each person where they are and guide them toward better health, step-by-step, one bite at a time. After 23 years of experience, I have found real results with weight management and improved overall health come with small, incremental behavioral changes. This is what leads to sustained results and real change.
I bring a compassionate, whole-person perspective to my work. I listen closely to each client’s health story and help them build practical, personalized strategies that support long-term well-being.
My career has taken me through the fitness industry, corporate wellness, and private practice, where I’ve collaborated with family medicine, pediatrics, OB-GYN, and mental health professionals. I’ve also supported local club and high school sports teams as a nutrition coach, helping young athletes meet their unique nutrition needs.
In addition to clinical work, I speak at wellness events, appear in local news segments, and present at conferences. I serve on advisory boards for a local college and teach at a nearby university. I’m also an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and teach yoga regularly, integrating movement and mindfulness into my holistic approach to wellness.
I’m a registered dietitian with over 23 years of experience helping individuals and families make sustainable, meaningful changes to their health and nutrition. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, a Master of Science in Nutrition, and a Master of Public Health.
"I’m not the dietitian for quick-fix trends or fads. I help individuals and families improve their nutrition with practical, sustainable strategies. Whether you're new to cooking, a busy parent, or looking to nourish your body with more variety, I meet you where you are. I focus on small, lasting changes that support long-term health — one bite at a time."
