Background

Hello! My name is Nadya, I am a Registered Dietitian. I was raised in Minsk, Belarus where I went to school and college, and then I came to the US in 1998. I enjoy reading, skiing, yoga, and preparation of raw dishes. My interest in nutrition began with the desire to nourish myself and my family from baby to adulthood. However, I found that there was a lot of conflicting advice out there! That is why in 2019 I joined a dietetic program at the University of the District of Columbia.

I graduated (Summa Cum Laude) in 2022 and then I completed my internship which covered a large number of diet related practices exposing me to critical care, kidney dialysis and solid organ transplant nutrition. These experiences showed me that health and wellness require early and constant attention to signs of chronic conditions and to foods that prevent them as well as continuous efforts to maintain common sense eating.

So, if you want to restore and strengthen your health but are tired of searching for information from various sources, I would be happy to do my best to answer all your questions! I aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation through incorporating healthy eating habits into your daily schedule. If you are ready to regain energy and vitality, I will explain what to do to feel good until old age and to live a full life. My goal is to inspire you to take simple actions every day toward healthy beauty and active longevity and to give you the motivation to reach your goal.

If you plan to acquire and keep food habits and techniques for health, we will explore ways to eat smartly, i.e. without feeling hungry to ensure being happy and satisfied, without feeling tired of having to find new food choices that support energy for the whole day, and without being dependent on food or preoccupied by confusing diets.

As food is a part of our physical foundation for a healthy life, it makes sense to empower yourself with the right nutrition and take control of your future.
