I became a dietitian because I love food! I've worked with clients of all ages reach their health and fitness goals. Growing up as a dancer and athlete, I've always been passionate about exercise and health. I earned degrees in both Exercise Science and Dietetics, which led to becoming a Registered Dietitian, and completing my Master's degree in Sports Nutrition. I'm also a personal trainer and fitness coach, and have worked in this field for over 15 years.
