Hi, I’m Morgan, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more energized, and in control of their health. I take a whole-person approach to nutrition, blending science with realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle. My goal is to support sustainable progress—whether that means improving performance, managing a condition, balancing hormones, or simply feeling your best day to day.
I currently work with a wide range of individuals, from athletes and high performers to those navigating hormone shifts, weight concerns, or disordered eating patterns. My sessions are always judgment-free, collaborative, and personalized to your unique goals. I believe nutrition should feel empowering—not restrictive—and I love helping clients build confidence in how they fuel their bodies.
Outside of work, I’m a runner, lifter, and group fitness instructor. I also love cooking for friends and family, and spending time outdoors.
