With a strong background in exercise physiology and sports nutrition, I am passionate about helping individuals optimize their performance, well-being, and relationship with food. I hold a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Currently, I work at a Division I, Power 4 institution, where I provide individualized nutrition support to student-athletes across multiple sports. While I specialize in sports nutrition, I enjoy working with individuals of all backgrounds, helping them build confidence in their food choices and fostering a positive relationship with their bodies. I take a food-first, holistic approach to nutrition and place a strong emphasis on body image, empowerment, and sustainable habits.
Beyond my professional life, I love spending time outdoors hiking, staying active with friends, and expressing my creativity through baking and embroidery.
I’m excited to support clients in reaching their goals and creating a balanced, confident approach to nutrition and well-being.
