Background
I am a Registered Dietitian based in the Los Angeles area, with eight years of fulfilling work, internship, and volunteer experience in a variety of academic, community, and clinical settings. I hold a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and master’s degrees in nutrition communication and public health.
Originally from Lebanon, I acknowledge and value cultural practices and the significant role that food plays in connecting us to our roots. I am driven by holistic, culturally competent care that recognizes and appreciates each person’s unique experiences, beliefs, and traditions, as well as lifestyle choices and social environments.
My aim is to empower you to set achievable and sustainable goals that are individualized and aligned with your lifestyle, preferences, and values.
