I’m Mina, a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience supporting people through every stage of life—from the tiniest NICU babies to pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Over the years, I’ve learned that food plays such a powerful role in our health and happiness, and I feel honored to walk alongside my patients as they discover what works best for their bodies.
Recently, my heart has been especially drawn to maternal and women’s health. After having my two beautiful children, I truly understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate postpartum life and how important it is to fuel ourselves—and our families—well. That personal journey has only deepened my passion for helping women feel nourished, supported, and confident in their choices.
My approach is simple: I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. I bring energy, compassion, and a listening ear into every session so that learning about nutrition feels approachable and empowering—not stressful.
