Background
Michelle Kohn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Lactation Consultant specializing in pediatric and family nutrition counseling as well as sustainable weight management practices. Michelle earned her Master’s in Nutrition and Education from Columbia University’s Teachers College and completed her dietetic internship one year later. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. Prior to establishing her private practice, Michelle served as a dietitian for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles’s General pediatrics clinic where she supported over 100 physicians and coordinated care with Allergists, Psychologists, Gastroenterologists, case managers and more. She continues to act as a consultant for other RDs, hospitals, schools, corporations and non-profits. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, a California Children’s Services (CCS) Paneled Dietitian, and has been a member of the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group.
