Hi, I’m Michelle—a Registered Dietitian with 8 years of experience helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
I specialize in metabolic health, performance nutrition, and body recomposition—especially for women in midlife and beyond . I also work closely with clients on GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro), helping them preserve muscle, support digestion, and build sustainable routines that match their goals.
In addition to lifestyle optimization, I provide medical nutrition therapy for chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity, always with a realistic and supportive approach.
With a strong background in strength training and a deep clinical foundation, I bring both evidenced-based strategy and real-life flexibility to our sessions. I currently serve as the lead ICU dietitian at a major hospital and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
My style is warm, flexible, and practical. I’ve tried many different diets before becoming an RD myself—so I understand how overwhelming nutrition can feel. I’m here to help you cut through the noise and build something sustainable.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about strength training, skincare, and exploring the science behind aging well. I’m always learning—especially when it comes to emerging tools like longevity-focused nutrition, muscle preservation, and metabolic resilience. If you’re looking for an RD who combines clinical depth with real-life support, I’d love to work with you.
"My approach is science-based, real-world, and highly personalized. I specialize in women’s health, GLP-1 support, and metabolic care—helping clients feel stronger, energized, and empowered in their bodies. With a clinical background and lived experience, I bring both empathy and strategy to every session."
