I started my career in health and wellness as a personal trainer, but I quickly saw a common struggle: people were working hard in the gym and still not seeing results. Nutrition was the missing piece. That realization led me to graduate school and a career as a Registered Dietitian—giving me a rare perspective that blends both fitness and nutrition.
I’ve worked across inpatient and outpatient settings, from the ICU to weight-loss and healthy eating programs, and I specialize in turning nutrition science into real-life action. My approach goes beyond meal plans—we focus on practical strategies that fit your schedule, lifestyle, and health needs.
I work with clients managing conditions such as IBS/IBD, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, liver disease, bariatric surgery, and obesity. I also support individuals using weight-loss medications and collaborate closely with medical teams. I hold the Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM) credential through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
