Meredith Cryer is a nationally recognized Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Dietitian in the state of Texas. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Meredith went on to complete a dietetic internship at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has been a dietitian for over 20 years. Her career started in the hospital setting and she has worked with patients in all life stages from pre-term infants to geriatrics. She has a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness and has an affinity for preventative health and wellness. Currently, Meredith is a practicing dietitian in Houston, Texas.
