Hi, I’m Lendy! A Registered Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a passion for supporting women and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. My private practice is rooted in the belief that nourishing care, both nutritional and emotional, makes all the difference during life's most formative years.
My career in nutrition brought me to New York City in 2015, where I’ve had the privilege of working at two of the top children's hospitals in New York, specializing in pediatrics, neonatology, and obstetrics. In 2021, I chose to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine to deepen my understanding of how the body works as a whole, rather than viewing health concerns as isolated symptoms. That same year, I earned my certification as an IBCLC to better support families with newborns and beyond.

Whether you're preparing for your first baby, navigating breastfeeding challenges, or seeking support for your child’s nutrition, I’m here to walk alongside you with evidence-based guidance and heartfelt care.
Outside of my practice, I’m a proud dog mom to a sweet and playful aussiedoodle, Brinkley. I find joy in everyday moments, from sharing delicious meals, moving my body in ballet and barre classes, and soaking up time with those I love.
