Growing up as a professional athlete, I developed a lifelong appreciation for how food, mindset, and movement shape our health and performance. That passion led me to become a Registered Dietitian in 2010, where I now help women and families create sustainable, confident relationships with food.
I specialize in women’s health, PCOS, diabetes (type 1 & 2, prediabetes, and gestational), performance nutrition, and preventive care. My goal is to make nutrition practical and empowering—helping you find ease and consistency rather than restriction or overwhelm.
