Background

When you work with me, you can expect a collaborative and supportive space to explore your nutrition goals, uncover barriers, and create sustainable habits. My clients leave sessions with practical strategies, deeper self-awareness, and tools to nourish both body and mind.

I specialize in holistic nutrition counseling and mind-body practices, helping clients reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom.  I support clients with mindful eating, nutrition planning, and medical nutrition therapy. My holistic approach integrates nutrition counseling with mindfulness—making my services a great fit for those who want both evidence-based strategies and mind-body support.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 9 years of experience across performance nutrition, acute care, outpatient counseling, and behavioral health recovery. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

I became a dietitian and yoga teacher to bridge science with mindfulness and create an approach to health that nourishes the whole person. Building my private practice allows me to move beyond quick fixes and restrictive plans, offering clients the tools to thrive with energy, balance, and joy in every area of life.

As a former competitive dancer and dance instructor, movement has always been a source of joy and expression for me. Outside of my practice, I love taking yoga classes, spending time at the beach and with my family, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
