In addition to my expertise as a Registered Dietitian, I am also a Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise. I utilize a Health At Every Size approach, which focuses on your holistic wellness goals independent of the weight scale. I am currently delving into the emerging science of nutritional psychiatry in order to better serve your mental wellness needs. A personal interest of mine is in healing both individual and legacy trauma; while I am not a psychotherapist, I do provide trauma-informed collaborative care. Clients appreciate my honest and direct approach, and we often enjoy lighthearted moments throughout our sessions together.
