With extensive experience with weight loss medications (GLP-1/GIP), I can help you minimize side effects while optimizing your nutrition, ensuring you do not sacrifice your overall health during your weight loss journey and also support you if you are considering tapering down or off your weight loss medication.
Further, I believe it's important to approach nutrition, focusing on small, accessible lifestyle changes that can be implemented right away. My goal is to empower and motivate you with practical tools, education, and ongoing support to help you meet, and maintain your nutrition and health goals.
I hold a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Arizona, a certification in GLP-1 Nutrition Counseling and am a Registered Yoga Teacher. In addition to nutrition, we can also discuss ways to incorporate stress management and movement into your daily life.
Having extensive knowledge of dietary supplements and can guide you in determining whether supplementation is appropriate for you and, if so, what options may best support your needs.
Outside of sessions, you'll find me power walking, practicing yoga, in spin class, walking on the beach or my side passion of entertaining friends and family and creating my next sourdough loaf!
