I understand that life’s challenges are complex and unique to each individual. Busy schedules, limited nutrition resources, and complicated relationships with food are just some of the many factors that contribute to failed nutrition and lifestyle changes. I’m here to help support you in establishing a healthy relationship with food and guide you through the connection between mind and body to accomplish your goals. I believe that wellness is an individualized dynamic process of change and growth and growth.

I have a passion for all things health and wellness and believe that life is about balance. I emphasize a holistic approach to health, focusing on lifestyle changes for long-term success. I have always loved cooking and enjoying good food, and believe that food should be shared and enjoyed with others. Social connection is also very important for a balanced life. I also started teaching fitness classes back in my teens, and as an adult dealt with stressors in balancing work, being a wife and raising kids. I started practicing yoga to help keep me mindful and balanced  and stayed for the mental and spiritual healing. I want to help motivate you to feel the same through healthy nutrition and lifestyle changes. 

I also have a deep knowledge of dietary supplements and can help you determine a regimen that may be right for you. As a registered dietitian and nutritionist, I honor each patient's specific needs in order to establish an individualized plan that is both realistic and enjoyable while being grounded in science. I look forward to meeting you!
