Background

I am an experienced dietitian with a passion for finding ways to move your body in a way that feels good both mentally and physically. I aim to help you find physical activity that makes you feel good. As well as help you to find a healthy relationship with food. The combination between physical activity that you enjoy along with a healthy mindset around food is the key to getting the best out of life!

I received my Master’s degree in Nutrition and dietetics and I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have experience with group fitness classes, 1:1 training, creating individualized workout plans and tailoring diets to fuel workouts.

My experience goes beyond just fueling workouts and coaching fitness . I have experience as a Clinical Dietitian working with individuals with Diabetes, chronic kidney disease, IBD and IBS, Hypertension, high cholesterol. Growing up my sister was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and I was fascinated with how she was able to manage her new diagnosis while making changes to her diet. It inspired me to become the dietitian I am today.

In my spare time you can find me trying a new restaurant guilt free or trying out a new workout class. I also enjoy taking long walks around NYC and trying new coffee shops while spending time with family and friends

As your future Dietitian and personal trainer I look forward to helping you achieve your goals in a healthy balanced way!

Approach

"My ideal client is an individual who is motivated and ready to make changes. Ideally, my client would be willing to show up for themselves to create healthy habits and goals that they are able to achieve. Using a non-diet approach for a healthier mind and body is my approach. I will serve as an accountability partner for you to accomplish that they set for themselves. Using evidence based approaches to better their mind and body. "
