As a Registered Dietitian, I often questioned whether we were truly addressing the full picture—beyond just the disease or diagnosis. During graduate school, I had the opportunity to study motivation and behavior change, and it opened my eyes to something profound: sustainable lifestyle change is about so much more than following a diet or a trend.
You can’t apply a one-size-fits-all solution to individual lives. True transformation requires self-awareness, personalized guidance, and a deep understanding of what drives each person. That’s why I’ve always believed in a self-assessment approach—helping people gain insight into their own behaviors, needs, and motivators so they can choose how to support their journey, their way.
When individuals take ownership of their choices and define what works for them, they become empowered. And that empowerment is the foundation for lasting change. My goal is to guide people in discovering that for themselves, so they can feel confident navigating their journey in a way that is authentic, realistic, and sustainable.
"My primary focus is on motivational strategies for lasting behavior change, specializing in Eating Disorders, Weight Management, Menopause and ADHD nutrition. As a clinician, I blend evidence-based approaches with a deep respect for individuality to help clients uncover what truly motivates them. Together, we create personalized strategies that not only support mental and emotional well-being, but also nourish the soulβleading to a more meaningful, deeply satisfying life."
