I have experience as a Registered Dietitian working in behavioral health centers providing both nutrition education and counseling using motivational interviewing techniques. I also provide nutrition care to older adults in nursing homes, navigating complex conditions and nutritional needs. I get the best of both worlds!
My passion for nutrition blossomed with my discovery of the impact nutrition has on all outlets of life – My physical health, my functional health, my energy levels, my mental health, and my emotional health. I enjoy staying active, whether its going to the gym, going for a walk or run outside, or spinning at Cycle Bar, and proper nutrition plays an essential role in fueling my body for these activities.
I am eager to expand the delivery of my nutrition services to reach even more individuals, like yourself, to make a powerful impact in your life. I believe in the influential impact access to nutrition care can have on individuals, communities, and the population.
