Hi, I’m Meaghan Reardon – Registered Dietitian & Certified Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner.
If you’re someone who’s curious, open-minded, and ready to feel more connected to your health, you’re in the right place. Together we will work to help you better understand your own body and what it needs. My goal is to empower you through knowledge, not overwhelm you with it. You deserve to understand how your biology works and how your unique experiences shape your health.
In my practice, I prioritize meeting you where you are. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I take the time to understand your goals, preferences, challenges, and pace. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, looking to improve your energy levels, addressing digestive issues, or simply wanting to build a better relationship with food, I’ll be your partner in navigating those changes.
Together, we’ll create sustainable, realistic habits that work for your life, not someone else’s version of “perfect.”
I also hold a credential in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, which allows me to take a deeper, more holistic approach to your health. This framework looks beyond symptoms to identify and address the root causes of imbalance in the body. Through a combination of nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and a whole-person perspective, I support healing from the inside out. This might include looking at gut health, inflammation, hormone function, sleep, stress, or other contributing factors that may be holding you back from feeling your best.
Food is powerful, but so is feeling heard and understood. That’s why I focus on building trust and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. My job isn’t to hand you a rigid meal plan and send you on your way. Instead, I’ll guide and support you as we explore how food and lifestyle can support your health, how your body is communicating with you, and how we can create change that sticks.
My approach is both evidence-based and individualized. I blend the latest research in nutrition science with the lived experiences of my clients to create care plans that are as unique as you are. I’m also here to help translate the science into practical steps you can apply to your real life, without the stress, confusion, or food guilt.
If you’re ready to understand your body on a deeper level and take confident steps toward lasting wellness, I’d love to work with you. Let’s explore what “healthy” means for you, and build a plan that gets you there.
