Hello! I’m an Air Force wife and mom of two young (and rambunctious) boys, with another on the way! I have a mild cookbook obsession and enjoy cooking and running (slower than a turtle wading through molasses, but still). I am proud to say I’ve run two marathons—my first and my last!

I specialize in whole food, plant-forward nutrition and am passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals through the power of plants. I don’t want to make your eyes glaze over with a bunch of numbers, but let me run a few stats by you that are pretty mind boggling:

- Heart disease is the leading cause of death.

- 74% of adults are overweight or have obesity.

- 11% of Americans have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and even more concerning: 35% of American adults have prediabetes.

In the golden age of endless information right at our fingertips, how are we this sick? Well, let me share a few more stats with you:

- 95% of Americans don’t meet the minimum daily recommendations for fiber intake—almost every single American!

- Only 10% of adults in the US meet the recommended daily serving of vegetables.

And therein lies the problem. And through all the confusing and conflicting nutritional advice out there, there is one dietary pattern has consistently shown to prevent and reverse the progression of many deadly diseases, such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes. It’s a diet so simple, delicious, and accessible:

A WHOLE FOOD, PLANT FORWARD DIET.

This is a dietary pattern rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, low in saturated fat, and low in added sugar and processed foods. It’s really that simple. It’s eating real food and learning to trust your body again. No calorie counting. No counting macros. No tedious food logging. Whether you’re simply wanting to add more plant foods into your current diet or looking for a complete lifestyle overhaul, I’m here for you. My ideal client is someone who believes that food makes all the difference in our health (because it does). My specialty is preventing, halting, even reversing a tough medical diagnosis, such as: prediabetes, PCOS, Type II Diabetes, heart disease, cancer, obesity, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.
