I support adolescents and adults who are struggling with their relationship with food, eating, body image, and health. I work with individuals navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, including restrictive eating, chronic dieting, binge eating, ARFID, rigid food rules, food anxiety, and other challenges that can make eating feel stressful, overwhelming, or disconnected.
I have a BS and MS in Nutritional Science and Dietetics and over 3 years of experience providing nutrition counseling in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. I’ve primarily worked one-on-one with individuals experiencing eating disorders and mental health–related nutrition concerns across a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I also support families, caregivers, and loved ones in understanding and being part of the recovery process.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, with care tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we build a strong nutrition foundation while exploring the factors influencing your eating patterns and overall well-being. I aim to provide care that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable—not rigid or one-size-fits-all—within a compassionate space where you feel heard and respected.
