I provide personalized, inclusive nutrition care that respects each person’s unique needs and life circumstances. My approach focuses on improving health and well-being without centering on weight. I work with people experiencing challenges related to eating, body image, and mental health, helping them find balance and confidence with food in a supportive, judgment-free space.
I have a strong passion for working with individuals navigating eating disorders and disordered eating—including ARFID, binge eating, anorexia, orthorexia, and those struggling with body image or eating for a variety of reasons such as sensory needs or weight concerns. I approach care with curiosity and compassion, helping each person explore what nourishes them both physically and emotionally. I take a whole-person approach that considers how sleep, stress, work, movement, and access to food all shape health. I aim to make nutrition feel realistic, flexible, and supportive of your everyday life.
My educational background is in multicultural health, and my professional experience spans academia, research, and clinical mental health settings. These experiences shape my inclusive, evidence-based approach and deepen my understanding of the social and cultural factors that influence how people experience health. I am committed to creating a compassionate space where every individual feels seen, respected, and supported in their relationship with food and their body.
