Hi! I’m Mackenzie, a queer Registered Dietitian with a strong dislike for diet culture and a soft spot for carbs. I have a Master’s degree in Medical Nutrition from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (yes, I really am that nerdy).
My approach to nutrition is grounded in empathy, flexibility, and sustainability. I meet people where they’re at — whether that’s surviving on coffee and vibes or figuring out how to actually enjoy eating again. Together, we create goals that are doable, meaningful, and never fueled by shame.
I have experience supporting clients with eating disorders and disordered eating in various treatment settings. I practice through an anti-diet, weight-inclusive lens and strive to create a judgment-free zone where healing, growth, and maybe even a little food joy can flourish.
When I’m not working, you can find me at a sporting event, on a dog walk with my partner, overanalyzing books, taste-testing my way through local restaurants, or soaking up some sunshine.
Can’t wait to meet you — snacks encouraged.
"I help clients build a balanced, sustainable relationship with food by ditching diets and quieting the constant food chatter. I focus on small, realistic goals that fit your real life, not some perfect version of it. No strict rules, no guilt, and definitely no celery juice cleanses. Just personalized support, practical strategies, and a little humor to keep things real along the way."
