Clients working with me can expect sessions that are collaborative, supportive, and truly personalized—my aim is for every client to leave with clear, actionable recommendations and new confidence in their nutrition journey, whether we’re navigating health conditions, exploring relationship with food and body, or finding everyday strategies that actually fit their lives. My approach centers on evidence-based guidance, practical tools, and ongoing support to help cultivate meaningful progress and long-term well-being.
I specialize in medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders, sports nutrition, digestive and GI concerns, and intuitive eating. Those seeking compassionate support for disordered eating or weight concerns, strategies to address health from a non-restrictive approach, and overall holistic care are a great fit for my practice. I love sharing resources and plans tailored to each individual's priorities and lifestyles - let's collaborate!
I am credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with advanced degrees in biology and nutrition. I have over six years of experience in dietetics with dedicated client-facing roles. Currently, I am licensed in Oregon and Washington though plan to expand my reach!
Outside of work, I love to have fun! I'm traveling all of the time, whether it be exploring the cities and parks nearby or flying to new places. My hobbies include lots of reading, music, and movies, as well as running and yoga. Other passions include coffee (!), cats, and finding new ways to eat my favorite food of all time (cheese!).
My decision to become a dietitian was shaped by my desire to empower others to build healthy, satisfying relationships with food and body—especially those whose experiences have made nutrition feel overwhelming or out of reach. Transitioning into private practice allows me to offer greater flexibility and deeper client-centered care. Every day, I am driven by the opportunity to help clients rediscover trust in themselves and in the science of nutrition, fostering change that lasts. My motto is: food-related changes should ADD to your quality of life, not take away from it.
"Relatable, relaxed & compassionate, I help clients embrace joy & connection—food should fuel life’s best moments! With special training in eating disorders, sports, & digestive nutrition, I offer science-backed, tailored care. I celebrate diversity in all things: size, shape, food preferences, backgrounds! I will meet you where you're at on your health journey & we'll enjoy one another's company along the way: I love travel, reading, animals & connecting both over & beyond the nutrition stuff."
