"Nutrition doesn't have a "one size fits all" approach. Lois takes into account all lifestyle factors that influence nutrition choices and behaviors, adjusting her sessions to address each individual's unique needs. In these sessions, you collaborate as partners to achieve your objectives. She aims to foster a safe, judgment-free atmosphere that supports reaching those goals. Her focus is on transitioning away from ineffective fad diets towards a whole person perspective in reaching goals."
