Hi, I’m Linnea—Your Partner in Nutrition Healing
I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in the intersection of complex clinical conditions and a healthy relationship with food. I know firsthand that nutrition can feel confusing, frustrating, and even overwhelming, especially when managing a chronic condition. My goal is simple: to take the stress and guesswork out of nutrition so you can trust your body and feel great about food again.
My Approach: My journey began as a competitive lightweight rower, where I watched teammates struggle to balance the demands of sport with a healthy relationship with eating. This experience ignited my drive to cut through the "food noise" and help people cultivate a more honest, peaceful, and functional connection with what they eat. My practice is built on a foundation of both high-level clinical expertise and a deep commitment to non-judgmental, personalized care.
I Specialize In: I combine my extensive clinical background with a focus on improving well-being. My practice is best suited for individuals dealing with:
Eating Disorder Recovery and food relationship healing
Nutritional support during Oncology/Cancer treatment
Managing Complex GI Issues (IBS, IBD, SIBO, etc.)
Diagnosis and management of Food Sensitivities/Allergies
Sports Nutrition and fueling for performance
What You'll Gain From Our Work You'll leave our sessions with practical tools and a renewed perspective. You can expect to develop a strong sense of:
Confidence and peace around food choices and meal building.
A clear understanding of your body's unique nutritional needs.
The ability to let go of confusion and self-doubt about what you should be eating.
My Experience
With two years as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and completing my Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, my clinical roots are strong. I also bring specialized experience from working at a top residential eating disorder treatment center in the U.S.
A Little Bit About Me To recharge, you’ll always find me outdoors! I love running on trails, skiing in the winter, and spending time with friends—often on a relaxing coffee walk or trying to cook a delicious meal over a campfire.
"My practice is rooted in a non-prescriptive philosophy: I begin by addressing the client's current emotional and practical relationship with food, then I co-create a highly individualized strategy to sustainably foster their progress toward their ultimate health and wellness objectives"
