I’m a Registered Dietitian who believes good nutrition should feel practical, personal, and empowering. After navigating my own journey with type 2 diabetes, I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can be to make and maintain healthy changes — especially while juggling the demands of everyday life.
As a mother of two young kids, I know the realities of busy schedules, picky eaters, and finding balance without guilt or extremes. Before becoming a dietitian, I spent 13 years as a music teacher, which taught me the value of patience, listening, and meeting people where they are — skills I bring to every client relationship.
My approach is plant-forward and whole-person focused. I see each client as more than a meal plan — I want to help you create realistic, meaningful habits that stick. With empathy and understanding, I’m here to support you in making lasting changes that fit your unique life, so you can feel your best now and for years to come.
"I focus on a plant-forward approach. I draw from my own experience managing diabetes and from the daily realities of being a mom of two young kids; understanding how challenging it can be to balance health and a busy life. I bring empathy and understanding to every client relationship, focusing on the whole person, not just what’s on their plate. My goal is to help each client make meaningful, lasting changes by providing realistic, personalized support that fits their unique lifestyle."
