Hello! I’m Leen and I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the states of Illinois and Maryland. My interest in nutrition began in my teenage years where I struggled with my relationship with food and maintaining my health. I became passionate about the nutrition field and completed a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago. My dietetic internship included a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings that were dedicated to counseling individuals and helping them maintain nutritional health. This helped me become well versed with a wide variety of individuals that were dealing with medical conditions or just wanted better eating habits. Outside of work, my life still revolves around my passion for food. I enjoy recipe testing, cooking, and trying out new restaurants!
