Each session you can expect questions that help you understand your habits and behaviors, as well as an action plan to move forward toward your goals. I believe food is healing and the way we eat is always a good first step to better health.
In my free time I love to cook, especially with my family. You can also find me enjoying nature in all seasons; walking, hiking, yoga in the park, snowboarding.
