Background

My own journey with nutrition began with challenges. Growing up, I struggled with how to nourish myself properly and realized that eating should be a joyful experience, not a constant struggle. This personal experience inspired me to study nutrition and become a Registered Dietitian. I saw that many people, like I once did, lack the tools and knowledge to enjoy food while meeting their nutritional goals. That realization led me to establish my practice, "Joyfull Dietitian."

Beyond my professional credentials, I’m deeply passionate about making nutrition a positive and fulfilling experience. I believe that eating well should be satisfying and stress-free. When I’m not working, you might find me experimenting with new recipes, hiking, biking, or enjoying time with family and friends. These activities keep me inspired and enrich my practice.

Over the past few years, I've provided medical nutrition therapy for patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and kidney conditions. More recently, I've had the opportunity to work with renal transplant patients, guiding them both before and after their procedures.

My commitment is to help you overcome dietary challenges and embrace a healthier lifestyle. I focus on creating a balanced and joyful approach to food, rather than promoting restriction or deprivation. Together, we’ll break down barriers and develop a sustainable, enjoyable way of eating that enhances your overall well-being.
